  十一、如何医教协同深化中医药教育改革?

  《意见》围绕医教协同深化中医药教育改革,对改革中医药院校教育、完善中医药人才培养模式提出相关政策措施。一是改革中医药院校教育。突出需求导向,调整优化中医药学科专业和区域布局。推进中医药课程教材教法改革。支持中医药院校加强中医药传统文化功底深厚、热爱中医的优秀学生选拔培养。加大中西部、省部局共建中医药院校支持力度,引导有条件高校稳步扩大中医药类专业博士招生计划。推进中医药类中国特色高水平高职学校和专业群建设。强化中医医院育人职能,核增临床师资、教育管理岗位,实施中医临床教学基地建设专项,支持建设一批国家中医临床教学培训示范中心。实施卓越中医药师资培训计划,培养造就一批教学名师和优秀教学团队。二是完善中医药人才培养模式。面向中医学类专业全面推行院校—师承教育相结合的教育模式,建立早跟师、早临床学习制度。制定中医师承教育管理办法,强化师承教育激励约束机制,实施多层次的师承教育项目。改革中医医师规范化培训模式,强化中医临床能力训练。完善中医药继续教育制度,加快知识更新,提升专业水平。

  十二、如何推进中医药人才体制机制改革?
