New achievement 1:Determination of trace pfass in the ocean by ultra high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry

Pfass has environmental persistence and can migrate with ocean current and atmosphere for a long distance.

In order to deeply understand the distribution characteristics, sources and transport fluxes of perfluorinated compounds (pfass) in the open water environment of the Indian Ocean, the marine biological resources and environment research center of the first Institute of Oceanography, the Ministry of natural resources, the marine ecological research center, the marine environment and Numerical Simulation Research Office, and the marine geology and Geophysics Research Office jointly conducted multi voyage investigation and Research on perfluorinated compounds in seawater of different regions of the Indian Ocean.

New achievement 2:Determination of 22 drugs and personal care products residues in drinking water by membrane solid phase extraction ultra high performance liquid chromatography mass spectrometry

As a controlled pollutant, drugs and personal care products are constantly detected from various water bodies, especially in drinking water.

Based on this, xuhongrui, a senior engineer of Suzhou center for Disease Control and prevention, was invited to share the latest technological achievements.

This achievementA method for the simultaneous determination of 22 drugs and personal care products in drinking water by membrane solid phase extraction ultra high performance liquid chromatography mass spectrometry was established. Compared with column solid-phase extraction, membrane solid-phase extraction has the advantages of simplicity, rapidity, high sensitivity and high degree of automation, and the PPCPs detection method is more suitable for rapid monitoring of multiple water samples.
