As early as the early 1950s, in response to the needs of national construction at that time, she established an analysis method for C1-C5 content in natural gas and petroleum cracking gas and rare gas content in natural gas, conducted a general survey of natural gas and rare gas resources, and provided valuable data for the Ministry of fuel industry at that time. In the early 1970s, she led the research group to overcome the difficulties of lack of instruments and equipment and lack of data for reference, and successfully completed the 99-74 engineering analysis task, which provided an important basis for the successful development of aviation lubricating oil and hydraulic oil. The”prediction of transformer latent faults by gas chromatography” completed under her leadership has been widely adopted by power departments in 29 provinces and cities across the country, and has made contributions to ensuring the safe production of China’s power departments; She has led the research on the analytical methods of oilfield chemicals in the”enhanced oil recovery” national key scientific and technological projects of the”sixth five year plan”,”Seventh Five Year Plan”,”Eighth Five Year Plan” and”Ninth Five Year Plan”, and has established a set of analytical technologies for major oilfields in China.

It has won a number of awards, including the major scientific and technological achievement award of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the second prize of natural science, the second prize of scientific and technological progress, the outstanding scientific and technological achievement award of Gansu Province, and the second prize of environmental science and technology. Since 1991, it has enjoyed the special government allowance of the State Council. In 2013, it won the first China chromatographic contribution award.
